This afternoon representatives of the PHFoundation awarded Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly $21,750.00 towards the purchase of a new wheelchair accessible van that will be used for LBFE's medical transportation program. The award was in collaboration with and matched a contribution made by the Superior Health Foundation. "We are pleased to support the work of LBFE." said Kevin Store, Ex. Director of the PHFoundation. "This was a great collaborative effort between us and our friends at the Superior Health Foundation that will help meet the needs of hundreds of elderly neighbors needing support for medical care and appointments."
