The Portage Health Foundation is accepting applications to fill one or more committee appointments on its Finance and Investment; Personnel and Policy; and Fund Development and Granting committees.
The mission of the Portage Health Foundation is to support the charitable health needs of the community through increased collaboration and enhanced philanthropy.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and a permanent resident of either Houghton, Keweenaw, Baraga or Ontonagon Counties. Interested volunteers must submit an application that will be reviewed by the Portage Health Foundation’s Executive Committee for consideration. Experience in non-profit administration, investment management, finance, communications, education, human services, or a history of philanthropy will be helpful.
