Subaru shares the love with Copper Shores Meals on Wheels

Copper Shores Meals on Wheels is excited to receive $2,983.77 in funding from the Subaru Share the Love event in 2025. This is the fourth year that Meals on Wheels has taken part in Share the Love, totaling more than $10,000 in support for the program. Since 2008, Subaru has donated more than $319 million to Meals on Wheels programs across the country.

"Millions of seniors across the country face hunger every day,” Meals on Wheels Program Director Jessica Mills said. “So we’re especially grateful that financial support is reaching our program here in the Copper Country.”

For every new vehicle that is purchased or leased during the Share the Love event, Subaru donates at least $300 to charities like Meals on Wheels. In 2025, Subaru gave more than $35,000 to Meals on Wheels programs across Michigan. These services go far beyond food delivery, and Subaru recognizes the importance of companionship for those who cannot leave home independently. Copper Shores Meals on Wheels looks forward to another year of working with Subaru, delivering meals and sharing the love.
