Since 2006, Dave has been a cornerstone of the Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly (LBFE) volunteer community, contributing meaningfully across many areas of the organization. Dave's love of cooking and leadership in the kitchen shine at LBFE holiday parties, summer picnics, and pancake breakfasts. His warm, outgoing nature brings joy and connection to every gathering. As a key member of the Property Committee, Dave ensures the safety and upkeep of the LBFE facilities through monthly safety checks, routine maintenance, and repairs. He has played a vital role in major projects such as the woodlot development, office remodel, and parking lot upgrades. He always brings practical skills and thoughtful solutions. Dave's commitment to service extends well beyond LBFE. He mentors aspiring beekeepers, provides transportation for neighbors in need, and is a regular blood donor. His selflessness, resourcefulness, and tireless spirit embody the heart of volunteerism. Whether he's fixing a smoke detector or grilling at a picnic, Dave shows up with a smile and a solution.
