What to Expect

The support group meets every other week over the course of five months to cover the contents of "The Wellness Compass: Workbook for Adults," by Holly Hughes Stoner, LMFT, and D. Scott Stoner, LMFT, followed by an activity designed to teach valuable skills and practices that contribute to overall wellness. All workbook materials are provided free of charge.

The Wellness Compass: Workbook for Adults

The Wellness Compass Workbook for Adults is a self-guided resource that offers a step-by-step guide for adults who are looking for support and guidance as they seek greater wellness and balance in eight areas of well-being, including care for the body, spirituality, relationships, stress resilience, organization, rest and play, work/school and handling emotions.

Wellness Activities

Wellness-focused activities cover a range of practices, including somatic meditation, sound baths, trauma-informed yoga, nutrition, art therapy, biofield tuning, tapping and more. These hands-on activities are designed to provide tangible takeaways and easy-to-integrate tools, empowering individuals to apply what they've learned in their own time and space.
