More Information

About Training

The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED/Blended Learning training program includes first aid, CPR and AED instruction in a preliminary online course, and hands-on, in-person skills sessions with a trainer, each taking approximately four hours to complete.

Copper Shores Outreach & Education offers training at a cost of $45 per person, with sessions limited to a capacity of eight participants. All participants must be 18 years or older.

Computer 2 Black

Online Training

Most of the work is completed online before the in-person session, allowing participants to work at their own pace. This portion must be finished before attending the skills session.

Employment 3 Black

Skills Session

Skills are reviewed individually alongside trainers, with time for follow-up questions and clarifications. Participants then practice with partners, before final evaluation by a trainer.
