Afternoon on the Town
is an annual event put on by Michigan Technological University's Student Leadership and Involvement team, welcoming new students to the community with the opportunity to get to know local businesses and organizations.

You can find Copper Shores in front of one of our offices, at 609 Sheldon Avenue, in the heart of downtown Houghton. We're giving away great swag items and vital information on our Sexual Assault Response Team, scholarship offerings, free suicide prevention training, event sponsorships and more!
