Every year in March, Meals on Wheels has a nation-wide celebration of the senior nutrition program being added to the Older Americans Act. This year Copper Shores will host a series of events to showcase its people, programming and locations to help raise awareness and make memories with fun activities.

Come to the Chassell Congregate Site Open House at the Chassell Fire Hall on Wednesday, March 13 between 11:15 a.m. am 1 p.m. Join Meals on Wheels staff in balance, stretching and flexibility with chair yoga with Beth Krause, Certified Yoga Therapist, followed by a shared group meal.
