The Portage Health Foundation, a non-profit charitable foundation serving Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon counties, is pleased to announce it is soliciting targeted grant requests throughout the four-county area that focus on mental and behavioral health programs. Grants will be accepted through Friday, September 4, 2015. Go to the "Making a Request" tab for the specific application.
