While others might feel overwhelmed, Melissa jumps in with compassion, patience, and a reassuring presence that makes students feel safe and understood. She’s the person you want around in a crisis because she’ll handle it with grace and a smile.
And it’s not just the students who adore her. Melissa is always there for her coworkers, too. Need help? She’s already on her way. Want to brainstorm? She’s got ideas. Short-staffed? She’ll jump right in. Melissa is the kind of teammate who makes everyone’s day a little easier and a lot brighter.
