Health administration scholarship open for 2025

Bogan Health Administration Scholarship back for 2025 at Copper Shores

Copper Shores Community Health Foundation is happy to announce the 2025 James Bogan Health Administration Scholarship is now open for applications.

This is a one-time $5,000 scholarship targeting students in a master's-level program who are seeking to advance their career in healthcare administration. The scholarship will be awarded to a deserving resident of Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw or Ontonagon county. Applications are due July 11, 2025.

This scholarship is awarded annually in honor of James Bogan, MBA, FACHE. Bogan was the longtime Chief Executive Officer of Portage Health in Hancock. New this year, the scholarship application must be completed online using the form below. The application is also available at coppershores.org/scholarships.
