Save the date: Puppy Parade returns to Hancock on April 29, 2026
February 24, 2026 | By Emilie Jacques
Take time to paws for a cause during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and join us at the Puppy Parade in downtown Hancock. Community members, and their furry friends, are invited to Quincy Green on Wednesday, April 29 at 5 p.m. to learn more about sexual assault prevention, connect with vital resources for survivors and make a public show of support for those affected by sexual assault.
Check-In
For those bringing dogs to the Puppy Parade, Copper Shores asks that you check in when you arrive to pick up a free bandana for your dog. These bandanas help keep every person and dog safe by indicating their comfort level around others; green meaning people and dogs can approach your dog, yellow meaning you would like people to ask before approaching, and red meaning you need space from people and other dogs.
