At Copper Shores Meals on Wheels, we’re stepping into March with a menu that showcases the very best, our local producers. This month’s featured meals are crafted with care using quality ingredients sourced close to home, supporting the hardworking farms and businesses that strengthen our community.

We’re proud to feature locally sourced produce and protein as often as possible, with each meal reflecting our commitment to quality and nutritionally balanced meals. The March 2026 menu has a variety of offerings, including:

  • Tuesday, March 3 - Pork dinner with a baked potato, glazed carrots and pudding, made with pork from Buried Stone Farms.
  • Thursday, March 12 - Chicken salad and a breadstick, prepared with Chicken from Buried Stone Farms.
  • Monday, March 16 - Pancakes with bacon, breakfast potatoes, syrup and a fruit cup, using potatoes from Johnson’s Potato Farm in Sagola.
  • Monday, March 30 - Quarter pound hotdog with baked beans, mixed vegetables and jello, with hotdogs donated by Rock Harbor Lodge on Isle Royale.

By featuring ingredients from community producers and partners, Meals on Wheels continues to nourish not only local seniors, but also the local economy. As we look ahead to warmer days and a new growing season, we’re grateful for the local farmers and partners who helped make these meals possible, deep into winter.March 2026 Meals on Wheels Menu
